Frankly, these numbers are pretty grim. And unfortunately our educational system, society and our current culture aren't doing anything to fix the problem. The "system", as it is currently working, is designed for your demise and poverty.

I know, I know: It can sound apocalyptic and horrifying. But as a wise mentor once said to me, The Truth will set you free, but it might piss you off first.

Bemoaning the present state of affairs, shaking our head at prime time news, and checking financial ticker for moves we are NOT making aren't going to get the results we want.

But... if you have the tools you need - if you learn the game so you can play it wisely and strategically, then one by one, every woman playing to win her own financial freedom and sovereignty... we can reach critical mass to make systemic changes.

And listen.... you and I are probably very much alike: I wasn't given instructions or healthy role models for managing my money or more importantly, my money mindset while growing up. So, I made horrible choices. Repeatedly. One of the responsibilities of being an adult is unlearning all of the unproductive, unhealthy and downright harmful lessons and behaviors that we’ve picked up along the way so that we can become more of who we are truly meant to be.

I want you to get out from the shadow of your upbringing, your financial limitations, and even your past behaviors. I want you to own be fully aware of your worth and worthiness; then you can step into your financially healthy, abundant and joyous future.

That is why I created:

We have become accustomed to separating and compartmentalizing the sacred from the mundane. We think what we hold as holy and spiritual has nothing to do with with what we have to do "for money" or "in the world". And yet we have been tasked to, yes, be in the world, even as you are not "of it." That means we have to master the inner game of wealth, AND learn to navigate the outer game of prosperity so we can do it with wisdom, integrity, and to live and leave a legacy worthy of our journey.

For so long, the financial world seemed to have its own language, culture, and secrets - misogynistically thought to be "too much" for women. 

But our modern world has changed. Women make the majority of financial decisions in their homes, and the more financially educated a woman is, the better her family fares, AND the more empowered she is to make wise choices. 

Everyone wins. This requires that you know WHAT to do, HOW to do it, and WHEN.

In the entire history of humankind, the lone ranger, though celebrated in culture, has never prospered. Human beings thrive in community. 

With an environment of positivity and encouragement, surrounded with confident leaders who see you bigger, who’ll keep you lovingly accountable to your set goals in a structured way, and rejoice in having authentic conversations you can’t have with just anyone else, have a safe place to celebrate your accomplishments as well as a soft place to land without being judged when things don’t go well. 

This is where the community helps you stay on track with daily accountability, and where you get a loving kick in the pants when you need it most.

And what's the fourth pillar?

You can do all the internal shifts and reframes in the world. You can get all the strategy and skills that will ensure financial prosperity and confident moves. You can be surrounded by a committed community that supports you and keeps you accountable.

But NOTHING changes until YOU move.

My first career out of college was as a stock broker and financial planner. I saw first hand how differently the wealthy moved, thought about and treated money. Most of the high net worth clients I had were business owners and high level executives. Almost nobody was a "trust fund baby".

And it wasn't long before I grew my practice from managing their money to teaching them about business, leadership and communication - all key ingredients to wealth, legacy and impact.

Fast forward a few years after I started on my own, my business ranked in the Inc 500 of fastest growing companies in the United States. I was among the top 100 women ranked, and top 10 immigrants. This was 2008 - in the middle of the worst financial meltdown of my adult life.

I felt like such a fraud.

And I learned how to build my company, and my wealth back up again.

When I first launched Women Wealth + Worthiness, the "impostor syndrome" hadn't gone away. After all, who am I to be teaching women about money when I myself don't have it together yet?

But here is what I know about champions:

Serena Williams is the best athlete of her generation because of the early lessons her father, Richard Williams, instilled in her - even though he was never a professional tennis player, let alone won a championship himself.

 
LeBron James has become a legend in the NBA primarily due to Erik Spoelstra coaching him to his first NBA championships - and yet his own basketball career was derailed because of an injury.

Beyonce's parents can't hold a note together to save their lives, and yet their dedication to their daughter's genius catapulted her as the lead singer of the best-selling girl group of all time, to her present day iconic status as the highest paid female performer of all time.

Today, I’m privileged to run a highly profitable business where I get to work with multiple-six and seven-figure women entrepreneurs, many of whom work with me year after year.

Building on the previous module, in this module you'll start building conscious habitual effort in your manifestation game.

In this module, get an eagle's eye view of your wealth picture so that you can know what to tackle first and what needs your immediate attention.

Module 5

Building on the previous module, we get down to brass tax here with the practical strategies to implement every step of the way.
